›Set up a new scheduled bot for me. This is a briefing routine, not a personality overwrite — do not replace my SOUL.md.
Walk me through connecting my calendar and the chat I actually read (Matrix, Slack, or email). Ask timezone, weekday send time (default 07:00 local), and which calendars/rooms count.
Every weekday at that time, send ONE message with exactly three sections:
1. Meetings today, in order, with time and who.
2. What moved overnight (unread that matters; skip noise).
3. The one thing I should prepare before the first meeting.
If a connector is missing, say so and still send what you can. Show a dry-run of this morning first. After I approve the format, save it as a recurring bot (Hermes: a Routine named clearly; Grok Bot / Rakazo: save as a scheduled bot). Do not post anywhere except the channel I named.
