T3MP3ST (bin: `tempest`) is a multi-agent offensive-security meta-harness by AI red-team researcher Pliny. It is "keyless": instead of running its own model it mounts on top of your existing coding agent — it lists Hermes among supported "brains" — and coordinates agents for autonomous red-teaming. Every claim in its docs recomputes from a committed oracle via `npm run verify-claims`. AGPL-3.0, open source. Intended for authorized security testing only; use requires clear authorization for the target. Note: the project's headline XBOW-suite figure is single-agent and self-reported, and the multi-agent swarm is still scaffolded.
