A catalog of Agent Skills - folders of instructions, scripts, and resources that an AI agent can discover and apply to do specific tasks repeatably, following the open standard at agentskills.io. It groups skills into system skills (auto-installed in the latest Codex), curated skills you add by name with $skill-installer, and experimental ones you point at a folder or URL. Use it to give Codex packaged, reusable capabilities; restart Codex after installing to pick them up.
