This skill manages Microsoft Foundry agents end-to-end: Docker build and ACR push, creating hosted and prompt agents, adding tools, and invoking them. It covers batch and continuous evaluation, prompt optimization, agent.yaml scaffolding, dataset curation from traces, and model fine-tuning via SFT, DPO, and RFT.
