ECC bundles agents, skills, hooks, rules, MCP configs, and command shims, refined through daily engineering use, to tune a coding harness for research-first work. It targets token optimization, memory that persists across sessions, continuous learning that extracts patterns into reusable skills, verification loops, and subagent orchestration, plus security via AgentShield. It works across Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, Gemini, and others with Claude Code as the primary target; install it as a plugin or via ./install.sh (requires Claude Code CLI 2.1.0+).
