Open-source 'docker agent' builder and runtime for declaring, running, and sharing multi-agent AI teams via YAML, with MCP tools and any LLM provider (formerly named cagent).

Docker Agent, the docker agent CLI plugin formerly called cagent, builds and runs AI agents from a declarative YAML config, no code required. Specialized agents in a team delegate tasks to each other, draw on any MCP server plus built-in reasoning and RAG tools, and run against providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Bedrock, or local Docker Model Runner. Agents are versionable and shareable via any OCI registry, for example docker agent run agent.yaml.
